Summer Break...it's here!

Summer yippee!!!!! Its a much needed time of rest, relaxation, and renewing our spark and love of learning and teaching! Those who do not teach do not understand the taxing relentless exhaustion that an educator goes through throughout a single school year. We need this time to excite the brain and have time to study up on new teaching practices. And as an artist we need to renew our love of the arts by visiting museums and creating art.
I decided this summer to decorate my school by suggesting artistic things for my kiddos to try
...like making an outdoor sculpture

or using cardboard to create a musical instrument...
